Our legal system says that you pay for your crime by having your freedom taken away, that is all,not cruel and unusual punishment. However,in Florida they add torture to it and often come out physically and mentally ill. Young kids that made a small mistake often come out bitter, angry, and hateful because of the mistreatment that they receive. You need to rise above this and try to make changes. I am working with a group that has already made changes and is working on doing much more.
